If it is true that the neighbors had been checking on her throughout the day- did they see any signs of her planning to run away? Suitcase? Bag packed? Food in a bag? Seems to me if I was going to "runaway" I would have left early in the day and not waited till after 1pm to leave. The more time ahead I had of my father getting home, the better chance I would think I had of getting to where I wanted to be.
I don't think Trinity ran away myself. JMO.
ETA The sex offender stats around her home are extremely alarming to me.

I see the city Bus line goes by her house on the 24 minute after and the 5 minute to the hour.

I don't know who created it. If it was her family on dad's side they would have put her last name as Flores.

Sure would like to know more about Trinity and the family dynamics. Also, would be interested to know the details of her previous runaway attempt. Did she take the bus? Did she try walking? Was it planned out or spur of the moment when she got grounded type of thing?

Authorities have stepped up efforts to locate 10-year-old Trinity Gilbert, a Kingman girl who has been missing since Saturday afternoon.
More than 50 law enforcement personnel are involved, including search-and-rescue teams in nearby alleys and washes, said Trish Carter, spokeswoman for the Mohave County Sheriff’s Office.
The probation department is tracking sex offenders in the Kingman area, and officials are going to door-to-door in the neighborhood. Phone calls are being made to all known family members and friends.

Gilbert is described as white, 4-foot-6 inches tall, 90 pounds, and has blue eyes and brown hair. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white T-shirt and [b] white and gray Nike tennis shoes with one heel torn off.

I am glad they are stating they are not ruling anything out. An improvement in comparison to other cases that are automatically deemed "runaway" status.

has anyone been able to decipher where bio mom lives from any of the articles? If she's in a different state and Trinity did run away, it would help to know how far she's trying to travel.
