So if ditches and fields are considered "ugly" to Billie, I wonder what term she uses to classify her and Shawn's deviant pornographic images? Disgusting people, that's about all I can muster right about now!!

She can't!! There was a pic in the news not long ago where she was walking thru an airport and busted her azz.. It's really hard for me to feel sorry for her..she was ok thankfully, but I couldn't help but think..'how could anyone expect not to fall trying to walk in those things?'...

I wonder if the images found on a stick in BD's dresser drawer were of the two of them. Surely it wouldn't be considered normal to actually save internet porn images. For one very young man and a little bit older woman (but still young) to collect, print out, and save deviant sex crimes stories, him to look up thousands of deviant images, and collect porn images is just so off. They should have a normal relationship instead of stuff under the bed, in the closet in a box, and in a dresser drawer! All this, and that talk of him standing outside Haylie's door late at night.

I think the cell phones are a separate issue..it just says LE received all the activity on both phones within those dates as a result of those warrants. Hope that makes sense.

I don't think so. I think that's a different thing than the flash key and computer where the porn was located, right?

They are talking there about "stored communications" in the phones.

I believe that would mean text messages and voice mail. Also, phone numbers that had contacted those phones as well, or numbers they had called.

So the warrant came out on Jan. 7th, and they went through the phones and retrieved everything in them from Christmas until Jan. 8th, the day the warrant was served. That's how I understand it.

I took it to mean that LE retrieved all info on any usage on the phones between those dates, but they could have worded the article just a little better couldn't they?

Couldnt this be some good circumstantial evidence though and hard telling what they have on the texts and phone records. When you start putting it all together it all adds up.

My husband and I were talking about what is on our computers today, especially search-wise, as so many of us here have done before. Scary, hope we never get into any sort of situation where LE gets to look at them. Mine would truly get me encarcerated, if my husband ever dies under unusual circumstances, as besides WS, I also write and am always looking up variations of crimes, motives, evidence, etc. And he is always on sports websites and they all have half-naked girls in the banner ads, which generate interesting junk mails.

But I think saving things to mobile devices and hard drives is different than googling and researching. At least I hope so...I keep all of my writing notebooks next to my computer in case I ever have to prove why I do what I do.

I really don't care what Billie and SA are into, if it's not illegal. I just really don't want to hear her say that she had no idea the mobile drive was in her bedroom.

That's my point, she KNEW they had the memory stick. Even if she did not know (and I don't believe that) what was on it, she would have asked SA "hey, what was on that thing they took anyway?" At that point she had to have had an *oh crap* moment.

I kinda feel like so much time had passed, that she felt it was not going to be released. Otherwise, even BD wouldn't have been ballsy enough to speak at the rally Monday.

I think LE allowed that SW disclosure intentionally, the timing is just too coincidental.
