JB is trying to get him to admit that other things will cause a false positive and then try to tailor his defense around that at trial. In my opinion this whole testimony is about the Defense fishing for info they can use to create reasonable doubt at trial.

Go to the bottom edge of the page you type on and pull it to the left, that will shrink the page and allow you to both read the board, type and watch the screen at the same time. Oh yeah, move the screen up to the left hand upper corner of your screen.

If ICA is busy playing office all day with pens and binders and papers it just might keep her hands busy enough so she's not spending all her time playing with her face and hair and adjusting her clothes. The sweater is definitely better that those low-cut blouses she tugs at constantly. The defense is between a rock and a hard place when it comes to giving their client something to do that will make her look sympathetic. There isn't much they can do - she always manages to look or act inappropriately. The only alternative is to drug her senseless because that might make her look serious and incompetent. I imagine that's not an option. And to rush over a babysitter during sidebar to make sure she's in check.
Hey, ICA finally took GA seriously and is acting like "The CEO".

Notice earlier HHJP said "you've only scheduled 3 days for this." I know from my unusual ex's taking me to trial for custody that he said how long it should take. It must be very frustrating that the D team says we need 3 days then goes on and on and on. Just like the earlier hearings this month that took 2 more days than requested.
