Approximate location. Looks like an industrial park area with some apartment complexes scattered through it. This is looking down Tennessee with what I presume is the apartment complex on the right.

Not sure it's the same case because there is little info about the circumstances but I think this could be the Namus link. https://identifyus.org/cases/8810
The bones in the OP were found by plumbers digging and this Namus page says "Bones found during excavation by workmen" in Shelby County, Tennessee, on March 25 2011.
It's incomplete skeletal remains from a female aged 40-99. The head and all limbs were not recovered so there are no dentals and no reconstuctions coming up, and Namus says they don't know if DNA can be extracted, and they list no clothing or accessories or notable skeletal findings so there is very little to go on unless someone comes forward with information.
