Was there a new witness on the stand when they ended yesterday or did they stop with the VOIP expert?

Don't those people on the conference calls know what your priorities are?

this must mean the depos are the next evidence

no way should those statements be redacting...they are very incriminating

plus they objected through the whole depo

Sounds like we may see some evidence from his depositions?
Kurtz filed a motion to strike some of the deposition testimony.

It sounds like he wants to strike anything that was said by BC's lawyer during the depo.

Edit: I agree with what the Judge is saying. This should had been done a long time ago.

It never occurred to Kurtz that the pros. might submit the whole thing?

Disingenuous, at best. C'mon, Kurtz.

It would be inappropriate to play discussions of attorneys and judges. That is absolutely hearsay.

Kurtz 'a tremendous waste of the juries time'. Judge 'not happy with THAT remark'.

How long does this deposition last? Seems like a fine opportunity to get something WORTHWHILE done while it unfolds.

It's sworn testimony, under oath, and all parties are available for questioning... so what's the problem? If there are disputes, their client can take the stand and clarify his original answer....

This isn't about that though. This is about dialog/objections that defense counsel made during the deposition. Kurtz's point is he thinks that dialog will prejudice the jury.
