Something is off about that article. A 12 year old who chose to do drugs went to the cops to tell them her mom let her do the drugs?

Also the mom wanted her to shave her head to hide evidence? I wonder how it came upon the girl was going to be drug tested?

Gotta be more to this. The child must have wanted help big time.

I agree. When I was in school I knew kids who did drugs with their parents and they bragged about it!

I think the two things might be connected.
Mom lets her smoke pot. Mom reconsiders the wisdom of this decision. Mom tells her she will have to shave her head. 12 year old daughter does not want her head shaved. Tells mom she's not doing that, she'll go to the cops first.

One dangerous game of chicken ensues. It seems the daughter won.
