Good morning everyone!
This thread will open as soon as we get a live feed in the courtroom.
Thank you to everyone for posting the highlights of the happenings in court on Wednesday, as this truly helps our members that come to the thread after their work day to catch up on what happened in court.
Please let's not focus on Casey's hair, clothing etc., as members have to scroll through all these comments in order to find out what went on in court.
If we can keep the thread "on topic" to what is happening in court, it will greatly help the moderators so that we can keep everything running smoothly.
We will have an AM thread for morning court session, and then have a PM thread for the afernoon session.
Remember during recess, this thread is closed and the discussion goes back to the Sidebar thread.
Let's think positive today that we get enough jurors to get the trial started on time.

It appears the defense team has a newspaper there are they going to claim that this area is now saturated with media and therefore the jury pool has been tainted.
