Singer Sean Kingston Badly Injured In Jet Ski Crash
TMZ is reporting that he is in critical condition in a trauma ward.

The Miami Fire Dept. responded to the scene and both Kingston and his female passenger were transported to nearby Jackson Memorial Hospital. We're told Kingston's injuries are so severe, he is being treated in the trauma ward.

The guy who heroically jumped into the water to save Sean Kingston says the singer was spitting up blood after his jet ski accident last night -- but that Sean was responsive and even spoke during the rescue.

"Kingston, 21, suffered a broken jaw, fractured wrist and water in his lungs, according to the sources, who both asked not to be identified since they were not authorized to speak to the media."
