I'm guessing it is the same girl. Same general area, same first middle and last name, same type of situation in 2008, and the age would be right now.

I found her flyer today at a local gas station in my area. The flyer said she was last seen a browns Island , I seem to remember if this is the same girl linked above she was found in north carolina the first time. I am not positive
I will call and check tomorrow as If it is the same girl I worked with her mom for a long time.

I am a friend of the family. She has not been found. Her family is absolutely desperate. They feel she is being held against her will or something even worse has happened. It is all so very sad.

This was posted on Rebeca Farmer's (Cierra’s mother) Facebook page this morning:
I'm so tired of dealing with these cops. They arrested the violent sex offender that took her days ago. But they have YET to give me info on what he's saying. And he's still on the VA state police website for most wanted. WTF??? I WANT ANSWERS & I WANT THEM NOW. The Nancy Grace line rings once then cuts off & Maury hasnt called back. grrr to charles city police, va state police, & feds.

This hasn't been released publicly, but the man was arrested in Las Vegas. He had been recently released from jail on a sexual assault charge. He cut off his ankle tracking bracelet before leaving the state. He may have a mother/family in Los Angeles. Cierra was not found with him. The man is African American. The family has not given me his name.
I am very concerned that Cierra was not with him when he was arrested.
Update: The man who took Cierra is being expedited back to VA. Still no answers about Cierra.

UPDATE: Authorities have made an arrest in connection with the disappearance of Cierra and as we speak the man is being extradited to VA for questioning. Becky is hoping to have an opportunity of a "face to face", once he is in custody of VA Law Enforcement. That is really all we can share for now. We will pass along information as we receive it. Becky wants to thank everyone for all the positive thoughts, prayers and well wishes!

Here is the VA state police website. I am not sure which offender but they dont have alot of MOST wanted sex offenders. A quick vine link check with the name should produce a good result of probability.
