Isn't Dr Drew in Atlanta or NYC filming his shows? Still there is something called cell phone, email, tweetin and then there is the good ol reliable hardline phone.

I use to be amazed now I am just amused. I think they might prerecord some of their shows.......I feel sorry for Dr Drew sometimes he freely admits he doesn't know all about the case.. he is at the mercy of what ever his guests tell him. GA dialed a wrong number wasn't a national new story exactly.

For those interested, this is what Judge Perry said when he made this ruling about the issue of Caylee being alive when put in the garbage bags....
....whether or not there is one single act that leads to the abuse or death. In this particular case, there is more than a single act. Those acts consist of duct tape of the nose and mouth, the preesence of chloroform in the trunk coupled with the fact that there is evidence that the child was placed in a trash bag or other container and the statements introduced into evidence that even during this time period, Miss Anthony through statements that she made that the child was alive in various statements of this kind so it is quite clear in this particular case that there is more than one single act which satisfies the test of Brooks versus state. Considering the evidence in the light most favorable to the state and reviewing all the evidence and considering the test that have been laid down by the Florida Supreme Court, the defense's motion for judgment of acquittal as to counts 1 through 7 are hereby denied. These are strictly questions for the jury to decide.

The judge did not say Caylee was alive when she was put in the bag. Just more irresponsible talking heads making blood money off of Caylee. I hope her sweet face haunts them forever....but, I doubt it. Heartless people aren't bothered by exploiting a dead 2 yr. old little girl.

You have checked that it works on your phone. Also make sure you turn off the wifi. I found out the hard way that everytime I came into a working AT&T wifi hotspot, my 3G would stop-pickup the wifi signal-then stop until I moved away and 3G picked up the signal again. I am using Skyfire app and listening to the WFTV audio only. It doesn't use the data as much as watching the live video does.

I used the free CNN app on Saturday and they streamed it live with no problems at all. Enjoy your vacation!!
