Gosh, it just makes me want to scream! Hurricane Fay hit the coast of Florida on August 18. If the LE had investigated Kronk's first call and found little Caylee's body before the hurricane, can you imagine the evidence that might have been found also? All of it washed away!

Yes, and after a while, the person will become mentally exhausted causing them to lose focus and fall into the trap.
LE use the same tactic to break suspects. I can understand that LE must do this, because they're trying to solve a crime. But it shouldn't be allowed in court, IMO.
