Man Accused Of Having "Personal Sex Slave Contract" With Juvenile
"A central Kentucky man is accused of sexually abusing a teenager, but that's not all. He's also accused of writing up what's stated as his 'personal sex slave contract.' ...
The contract is titled 'The Five Year Contract,' calls for a personal sex slave and Clark County sheriff investigators say the 'slave,' or victim in this case, is a 17-year-old male juvenile. 'It was four pages of rules they would abide by,' said Clark County Sheriff's Department captain Arlen Horton. According to Horton, there were four pages of rules made up, put into writing and willfully executed by [Scottie Keith Townsend], who works as a private security guard at Lexington's Blue Grass Station...
'I (meaning the teen) must wear women's clothing, even a wig.' It goes on in another line which states 'I (the teen) must give myself completely whenever and wherever Scott wants sexual satisfaction.' ... Townsend, who is married, is in the Clark County Detention Center, charged with incest."

It's Kentucky. The law probably just assumes that everyone is related.

I can't locate this guys criminal record. What I do have is that he was released from custody on 10/4/2006 under a sex offender conditional discharge.

I found a listing on the sex offender registry in KY...If this is the guy...It's his name and the charge of sexual abuse, first degree...
I however don't know how to read what kind of punishment he received if it is on the page... Example: gives a home address and says is not on supervised release. He has a compliant registration status...why in the world would his criminal case not be searchable?

I work for a sheriffs office in Ky. We have access to this. This is public information if someone was to go to the court house and request this. I however, know where to go lol. SO I'm not breaking any laws lol.

Thanks so much for your help. I wonder why he doesn't show up in any of the Kentucky systems? I searched Kentucky DOC as well as Clark County. Do you know if only current lock-ups show up? I'm just confused as to why he is disappeared in the system.

Belinda some countys do not have a public jail site like we do. It usually takes a few days to show up on KOOL (Kentucky offender online lookup).

If you've ever been in the software 'Second Life', this is very prevelant there. ... slaves, submissives, etc. etc.
Femdom ... femboys ... also women of course, domination, contracts .. it's all in there and lots of it.
NOT condoning it ... just saying, it's very popular in SL and in the real world.
