Search for missing Rawlins man continues

Tom Richardson, 34, was expected to meet family Friday, but did not show

Carbon County search and rescue teams continued their hunt for a 34-year-old Rawlins man on Monday, three days after he was first reported missing from a Stillwater Park area.

According to a news release from Carbon County Sheriff Jerry Colson, Tom Richardson was expected to meet a family member Friday afternoon at Richardson’s cabin in the Medicine Bow National Forest, near Elk Mountain.

Missing Rawlins man found dead
Search and rescue teams discovered the body of 34-year-old Tom Richardson Tuesday, four days after he was first reported missing from the Stillwater Park area near Elk Mountain.
