Thomas case: 3rd Fullerton officer charged
SANTA ANA – Ex-Fullerton policeman Joe Wolfe, the first officer to land a blow on mentally ill transient Kelly Thomas during the July 2011 melee that led to Thomas' death, has been indicted by the Orange County grand jury.
Wolfe was accused in the indictment of one felony count of involuntary manslaughter and one count of the use of excessive force, the Orange County District Attorney's Office said Thursday.

They should have charged him with the other two originally, imo. I don't know what they see now that wasn't on the video before. This DA worries me a little. jmo

I've always had a fishy feeling about Rackauckas. He was far too lenient on Cicinelli, and gave Ramos the brunt of the charges. Seems skewed to me.
