UT - Beaver, AsianMale UP8174, 39-60, Camouflage Jacket w/Military Insignias, Apr'04
here is a UID found in UT in April 2004.
stated demographic is Asian male, 39-60, 5'6", black hair, undetermined weight.
of interest was his clothing which included "camouflage-patterned jacket with military insignias on both upper arms."
he was estimated to have died any time between 1996 and 2002.

mtDNA is on file with the University of North Texas.

I am probably was off on this one but since I can't tell what they mean by Asian I thought I'd throw this possible match out there. some things are off a bit others seem on target.
Boaz Zino is missing from either Oakland, CA or Fort Sill, OK in early 1999. Boaz is considered Caucasian, however he is also Israeli, which technically is an Asian country. He is a little taller than the UID at 5'10" and was stated to have had dark brown hair. When last seen Boaz was only 22 so he is considerably younger than the estimate.
the reason he caught my attention was that he was a psychiatric case who lied his way into the military and more or less went AWOL after basic training. so the military garb is consistent with his having served, however briefly.
per the various profiles, Boaz admired homeless people for their resourcefulness.

as for DNA, Namus says test completed, Doe says available.
if they are both in Codis, then this UID is not Boaz. none say which DNA (of Boaz's) is available.

Is it possible that they have the age range wrong for the UID? If so, then this guy is a good possibility due to the date and location. http://charleyproject.org/cases/d/dennis_jason.html
