"The scarring on these two girls is the worst scarring I have ever seen on children from repeated whippings from objects," Detective Robert Jauer wrote in court documents. The records say the older girl called police Monday morning and had to be hospitalized for injuries. Police said the younger girl also appeared injured. Lakechia Stanley's cash bail was set at $300,000, and Andrew Stanley's at $150,000.

A baseball bat! A baseball bat! The electrical cords is not musch better. I have a friend to this day bears those scars 40 years later.
May these young ones find some kind of peace, and get the help they so deserve.
Missouri itself just keeps popping up lately in these threads.

How do these abusers live with knowing what they have done to children?
Mentally and physically!
Give 12 people each an object to hit these people with before they go to jail,
so they KNOW what it is like to be hurt, scared and unprotected!
Where are other family members? No one saw this suffering?
It gets worse everyday.
Children are endangered species now!

How can people treat children like this? Was there no other family able to see an arm so swollen they can’t determine breakage? What does 'related to’ mean? Were these nieces who came to visit or children they were given by CS from other relatives?
This is just crazy.

There was a child at one of the schools that I service who came in one day with swollen, red and horribly bruised arms. She was one of 9 siblings in foster care. At first she claimed that she fell, but eventually told us that her foster father had beaten her with a 2 X 4. We immediately called child protection and they were there within 20 minutes. They did their investigation, but she is still with the same foster family. How can this be? This child will NOT look anyone in the face. She always has her head down and wears her hair over her eyes. She has always done this, even before the beating. Our system sucks.
