PA PA - James Kistner, 51, Uniontown, 10 Oct 2011

Pennsylvania State Police say 51-year-old James Todd Kistner of Uniontown was reported missing by his brother nearly a month ago after he didn't show up for work.

JAMES LEE KISTNER Archives - Oregon Crime News



I found this guy who was arrested in Oregon in 2017. His name is supposedly James Lee Kistner. I can't find a physical description of the MP Mr. Kistner.

I found a JK on Facebook who lives in Butler, PA who seems to match the little info we have about the MP (age - according to his HS graduation year, his nickname is JT which fits the first and middle name of the MP). Too bad we don't know more details about the missing man.
