Maybe she was just very scared of having the C-section and ran to try to get her head together. Lord knows that I've come close to running away out of fear when I was going in to have a couple of mine, and I was only induced to have natural labor. If I hadn't had support with me, I might have run. Especially if it was for a C-section. I hope that she is okay, and just had a bad case of nerves, and will feel silly enough to come home ASAP. I hope she doesn't become another statistic of the violence against pregnant women problem. Fingers crossed that she just had a really bad case of nerves or fear of labor.

Perhaps they where going off to get something but dropped her off on the way then intended to go back to be with her?

(Her foster brother) "says Dee Dee hasn't been taking her anxiety medication since she's pregnant and now that she's disappeared, the family is starting to question whether or not she made up the pregnancy."
So there is some question that she made up the pregnancy now that she has disappeared. Maybe she didn't want them to stay with her, that is why they "dropped her off" at the hospital. They did return to find she wasn't even registered there (according to above article).
Hmmmmmmmm Not sure what to think about this one.

WOW-I really hope she's ok and is just scared or embaressed
If she wasn't pregnant I'd rather she run because she's scared than steal someone elses baby like some women do.

Hmmm. Stranger and stranger. Regardless, I hope they find her. Families are awful forgiving. I'm sure they will understand if she made up the pregnancy and I hope they will try to get her help. But if she is pregnant, going in for a c-section by herself, after 9 months of being off her anxiety meds would be enough to scare the living carp out of anyone. I just hope she's okay, and I hope her family can focus on that same thing. Work on finding her, everything else can be addressed after that. IMO.

There are several pictures of her on that facebook page and in the one from the side she definitely looks pregnant. I hope this doesn't turn out to be another pregnant woman kidnapped and her baby stolen from her. Sure hope the police are taking this seriously.

The horoscope thing, which is her most recent posts, is automatic. My daughter-in-law has it, and it posts daily-my DIL doesn't have Internet. I hope this girl and her baby are ok.

She added a "name meaning" on Thursday... maybe that is the name she chose for her baby girl (if there was one.)
Another family member does have a picture of a new baby, but I'm pretty sure it's another family member's little boy. Not 100% sure though.
