There is so very little information being given about this poor little girl. Even the police description of 7 years old, 3 feet tall and 80 pounds seems off.

Jorelys was last seen at about 5:30 p.m. Friday at a playground at her Canton-area apartment complex, River Ridge. She was being watched by a teenage girl, who also watching several other children, Det. Worthy said Saturday morning.
The teenage girl went back to an apartment to get drinks for the kids. When she returned, Jorelys was gone, Det. Worthy said.

I've been lurking here for years and have never posted. The anger that is flowing through me at yet another child abused and tossed away like trash has finally broken through my extreme shyness. I am sick and tired of the evilness that some people enjoy inflicting on our kids! What can we do as a society to stop this crap??

Its been 24 hours since Brunn's arrest, and he just had his initial hearing. NO BOND, which is good news. I've been watching local news and cable news about this case since his arrest, trying to make some sense of this. Our local news traced his family to Dahlonga GA and interviewed his brother. Of course, his brother said his family doesn't believe he was involved in this crime. The news is reporting he has no criminal record, but there has been some blurbs about his family having to leave a northern state because of problems. Those problems were not defined. Keep in mind, Mr. Brunn is all of 20 years old. If he had problems or issues in another state, more than likely any criminal issues have been sealed since he was a juvenile. It is known that he graduated from a high school in Georgia. HLN has just reported that he was visably shaking during his hearing. I am straddling a fence about this guy right now. While I think he is probably the murderer, I would feel much better if LE would tell us they found blood in his apartment, his DNA on Jorleys, or something solid. All the news outlets are interviewing people that knew this guy and had conversations with him. They are saying how he helped with the searches, was seen watching the kids on the playground,
and made comments about how people could break into empty ground floor apartments and hurt kids. Why is my hinky meter not moving in the right direction?
