I know, don't they use ridiculous excuses for NOT putting those out???
I pray this child is found safe. My eldest daughter is named Taylor so this hits me harder than normal.

Amber Alert was signed into National Law as part of the Children's Protection Act of 2003, signed April 30, 2003 by President Bush.
Prayers for the child to be found safely, and soon.

That's what I was thinking, Lanie, but the article didn't mention Amber Alert, just Levi's Call.....it made me wonder if they'd implemented the Amber's Alert or not. Amber's alerts won't go out for parental abductions, right? So it seems to me that one or the other of these two plans should have been implemented.

This just breaks my heart! I really hoped she was abducted by a family member- I know that sounds horrible but it's have been a better outcome than this.......so sad.

I saw more family pictures of this child yesterday on Fox...absolutely beautiful little girl, rather looked like Laci looked as a toddler.
