Circumstances: Both photos shown are of Zoe. She may be in the company of an adult male. They may have traveled to Portland, Oregon. Zoe has a birthmark on the back of her right leg and scars on her nose. She may use the alias last name O'Connor. Zoe may be in need of medical attention.
