OH - Portia L. Bannon, 40, West Chester, 4 Jan 2012

Police say Portia L. Bannon, 40, left her West Chester residence on foot at around 9:00 pm Wednesday and has not been seen since.
Bannon is described as a white woman, about 5 feet 4 inches tall, 125 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes. She was last seen wearing blue jeans, a white tank top with a blue shirt, and a leather jacket.
Bannon is prescribed several medications which police say she does not have with her.
If you have any information on the location of Portia L. Bannon, please call the West Chester Police Department at (513) 777-2231.

Yikes, I take several medications too, but hope it would not be the first reported about me if I turned up missing...JMO

Oh wow-a little too close to home for me...
Portia is my neighbors' daughter. She comes from a great, loving family and is a very sweet, kind, hard working woman.
I do not want to post too much info about her life until I talk with her parents, just in case they have been asked not to discuss or release certain things.
I will do my best to get some more info today...especially how we can help.

Thank you. I personally don't need to know intimate details, just want to know she is ok. Perhaps just blowing off steam, needed to get away?
It seems that woman are being disappeared by their spouses or SO in lieu of divorce or separation. IMO, its happening far more often than even a couple of years ago.
Hoping Portia is found safe and sound.

I'm so glad to hear she's been found safe.
There is no way she would find herself charged with something for not coming home for three or four days. Not for 6 months. Big Brother is not fully in charge just yet. 
I'm guessing the reporter asked a police officer if he knew if she'd be charged, and the officer, in a non-commited sort of way said "Oh, I don't know." Just a guess...
