Please, if anyone has a link to the scheduled time or time of arrival to JP's house with the children for their supervised visit..

Bessie, can you please repost the time the first call to 911 was placed by the SW?

Emergency call logs show that nearly eight minutes elapsed between when a caseworker called 911 to report that Josh Powell's children were in danger and when sheriff's deputies were dispatched, and it took another 14 minutes for a deputy to get to the home.

The Associated Press obtained the logs Wednesday night under a public records request.

The children arrived at about noon. The first 911 call came in at 12:13.

Quote:
About noon Sunday, Troyer said, the caseworker, a state contract worker from Foster Care Resource Network, brought the boys for a scheduled visit to Powell's house...

Attorney Jeffrey Bassett said the email arrived at 12:05 p.m. Sunday, but he didn't see it until two hours later, when others informed him of the fire...

The first 911 call was at 12:13 p.m., followed by other calls...
http://seattletimes.nwsource.com/ava...017434073.html

From what I can tell, the first calls after the fire started were from neighbors who heard "explosions". The calls were coming in at the same time that the caseworker was placing the second call. But I haven't seen a report of the exact time the first rescuers arrived on the scene.

This is the 13:49 minute dispatch audio:

When the boys arrived at Powell’s home with a caseworker for the scheduled Sunday visit at 12:30 p.m. PST, they ran inside their father’s Graham-area rental home. Powell then locked out the caseworker, who pounded on the door and called 911, Troyer said"

What's the time difference between 12:30 PST and EST?

Putting this here for easy reference.

The caseworker's 911 calls can be heard at this link:

The transcript of those calls is here:

So is it safe to assume that at least 10 mins transpired between the time the boys were locked inside until the first call made it to 911?

The time is misstated in this article. The 911 call came in at 12:13. All other articles say the boys arrived "about noon". Also, the e-mails went out at about 12:05. I think that was timed to happen after the plan was put in action.

Don't some of the transcripts have time-stamps?

Just a suggestion. I'm not up to reading them again tonight.

The caseworker called for help just after noon Sunday after Powell whisked his two sons into his house and shut the door in her face.

Not that I've seen, Beach, and I've been trying to work this out for three days now. With all of the information released thus far, we're still not provided with the actual log times.

ETA: We know only that the caseworker's first call lasted 6:49 minutes, and the second is 3:27 on the tape.

SW called her supervisor before 911. Don't know the time.

Call log shows SW call was received at 12:08.
It took her two minutes into the call to find the address.
At 12:16 dispatcher contacted Two deputies
At 12:30 deputies arrive on site.

Off to look for time fire started.

Until they release the time-stamped transcripts this is a very good timeline link!

Just adding:

After 10 minutes of pounding on the door, G-H placed a frantic call to 911,
saying she was locked out, one of the boys was crying and she smelled gasoline.

In the first call the supervisor says they have been in there about 10 minutes but it is a couple minutes into the call.

SOCIAL WORKER: Foster Care Resource Network. (Pause). And the kids have been in there by now approximately 10 minutes. And he knows this is a supervised visit.

4 minutes and 20 seconds into the tape she says the kids have been in there approximately 10 minutes.

This timeline matches what was published in out paper today, except it shows that the 911 operator transferred the information to a dispatcher 5 minutes into the call, so that would be 12:13, then dispatcher took 2.5 minutes to alert deputies, so that would be 12:15:30.

I think we can assume the fire/explosion started just after the caseworker's call to 911 ended, if it was an 8 minute call.

At approx 12:15:30, calls were coming in reporting the explosion and fire.

It took 22 minutes for help to get to Powell house

The emergency dispatcher who took the initial 911 call reporting Josh Powell’s behavior before he set fire to his Washington state home on Sunday wasted precious time and didn’t get the information needed to send help immediately.
Call logs show it took 22 minutes from when the call was made to when sheriff’s deputies arrived at Powell’s home, the Associated Press reported.

Sounds from all the timelines like LE wasn't dispatched until after other calls started coming in about the explosion.
