Is the prelim. going to be streamed live on Tuesday?

I might be "gone" from Bashara case again ... - again for 7 days (same as last time) ... - could be quite busy to participate...
... Will find out later on tonight, in a couple of hours, I guess ...
So if that happens ... i will not be here, more likely, on July 24th (the next time BB is due in court)
... and, i forgot at the moment, is Gents still due in court on July 23rd or not any longer?

Yes, as of now Gentz is still the 23rd, Bob on the 24th.
The hearing on Griem showing information to Mother Bob and sister seems to have disappeared, I haven't seen or heard anything.
I am assuming both hearings might be streamed, more likely Bob's if not--and HOPEFULLY all the news channels will stream so we have options in case of audio or video failure. Or not.

I've googled all over and six ways from Sunday. Nothing on this hearing. Was it cancelled? If it wasn't, does anybody know wht time? I'm sort of hoping he's already made a plea deal.

I must have missed something, I now see Gentz's preliminary hearing is scheduled for August 13 at 1:30 p.m.
Bob's still scheduled for tomorrow (Tues) July 24 and I haven't been able to find a time.
Griem's hearing for sharing discovery information about the solicitation case with Bashara's mother and another relative has no date set.

ya ... there was one news report (i recall now) .. where it said ... next time Gentz will be in court is on Aug. 13, 2012

According to Fox Detroit Bob hasn't hired a new attorney. Oh, maybe he'll surprise us.
I still haven't been able to find a time for this hearing tomorrow.

The Local 4 Defenders have learned Bob Bashara, who is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday for a preliminary examination for a solicitation of murder charge, hired a new attorney Monday.
Bashara's other attorney, David Griem, filed a motion late Monday hoping to delay the preliminary exam because Bashara's new attorney, Mark Kriger, is on a federal case. A judge scheduled the exam last week, saying it would be Tuesday.

The Local 4 Defenders have learned Bob Bashara, who is scheduled to appear in court Tuesday for a preliminary examination for a solicitation of murder charge, hired a new attorney Monday.
Bashara's other attorney, David Griem, filed a motion late Monday hoping to delay the preliminary exam because Bashara's new attorney, Mark Kriger, is on a federal case. A judge scheduled the exam last week, saying it would be Tuesday.
Griem had asked to be removed as Bashara's attorney but was denied by the judge. Anlthough Kriger has been hired, Griem is not automatically off the case....

Robert Bashara will be in court at 9 a.m. for a preliminary examination on a charge of solicitation of murder. He is accused of attempting to put a hit on Joseph Gentz, who has been charged in the murder of Bashara's wife. Bashara has not been charged in his wife's death, but has been called a person of interest by police.
