Oh wow. Other day care workers to testify as well. Judge believes it is relevant and will allow the testimony.
I'm very curious.
I believe the judge has already been told what this testimony will be (in broad scope) in order for him to say he believes it is relevant.

You know...I believe the fact that CY was sent to day care so quickly afterwards may not sit well at all with them (the jurors, that is).

Alright, I must be missing something here. If CY was potty trained, could use the restroom on her own, and flush, etc. And there was blood on her PJs, and bloody footprints on the step stool, what evidence do we have that JY or anyone cleaned her up?
