Since I am not a member of a jury and this is only a discussion board I do not have to abide by the rules of the court in order to express an opinion. If we were to assume that all defendants on this board were innocent, then there really wouldn't be much to discuss.

Right now is best. Seems Tammi called Rachel Hoover after the start of the trial. Got Rachel's mom. Tammi says she was calling to have Rachel as HER witness!

Her atty Mr. Lee asked her to explain about her 3 that she gave up to the dad. She said that the laws in LA is based on French law and that whatever a husband wants he gets. The state appt her an atty (cuz she had no $ and her husband had $$) and her atty was awful. Later she said she saw her husband delivering cases of Jack Daniels to the Judge.
