Here is an old incarceration report dating to the 1980s from North Carolina Department of Public Safety for Mr. Rhodes. For the 1982 arrest, I found this article in the February 3, 1982 Star-News that says:

The two men arrested and charged with the break-in are Thomas Woodrow Rhodes, 28, and DRC, 23, both of 3918 Wrightsville Ave.

I have yet to find any linked family members to Mr. Rhodes, but would ME want to contact his old associate DRC to see if any mention of family was ever made? There is a DRC now listed for Bladenboro, NC - may own a flower shop and hair salon there now.

They might, I would if his old arrest record stated a next of kin. I contact the clerk for that county and see if they have the old records on computer. Just let me know. Great work.

I looked up Mr. Rhodes' court records in South Carolina on-line and found two listings with addresses.

It looks like 2551 Midland Park Road may be a mobile trailer park.
