[then] 1st ATM cash withdrawal (confirmed to be Jorry by security camera)
[~2:00am] 2nd ATM cash withdrawal (confirmed to be Jorry by security camera)
[then] Briefly visited another establishment alone near his home (confirmed by security camera)
[later] Cell phone detected in Youngstown, OH (confirmed by cell company records)
[later] Cell phone detected in Niles, OH (confirmed by cell company records)
