Thanks Summer Breeze. It really is sad that the local paper here just picked up on the story...and she's been missing since the 13th.

According to the sheriff’s report, Mills said when he went to bed, Kassidy was in her room, and when he woke up, she was gone.

Kalb Mills, who is Kassidy’s guardian, told deputies she has never run away before.

Kassidy is 5-foot-6, 185 pounds, with brown hair and blue eyes. According to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children, when Kassidy was last seen, her hair had been dyed a faded black. She may use the alias first name Kori or Kori Marie.

Fro the comments at the bottom of the comments on that link that was posted....it took the family almost 15 days to get the police to give them the police report.

I am so sad. This poor child only has one small newspaper article written about her.

She is only 14.

I seriously want to cry.

Thank God! I've been checking for updates everyday on her, so this is fabulous news this morning for me.

I still think something is seriously wrong with our local paper when they could only run her missing story ONCE.
