GUILTY NH - Lisa Biron for sex abuse, child porn, Manchester, 2012

Attorney Lisa Biron was in court regarding her posession of child pornography when the FBI waltzed in. Biron left in cuffs. No bail for her because she previously broke her conditions of not owning a weapon and not using the internet. She posted on Craigslist and had a loaded firearm at her home.

Biron is accused of taking a teen girl to Canada and having her perform in child pornography.

They are everywhere.... thankfully, and finally, exposed for what they are, but not soon enough before they hurt children.

We need to purchase an island and simply kick them off mid flight onto it.... no parachute needed.

Biron is associated with the Alliance Defending Freedom, a group of lawyers who, according to their website, are committed to keeping “the door open for the spread of the Gospel” by advocating for “religious liberty, the sanctity of life, and marriage and family.” In Concord, she worked with the ADF in defending a Pentecostal Church on Mountain Road in its tax fight against the city.

She recently served on the board of directors at Mount Zion Christian Schools in Manchester, according to the school’s headmaster.

On Biron’s Facebook page, which was taken down in recent weeks, she had listed the Bible as her favorite book.

As jurors watched recordings of various sexual encounters, the defendant averted her eyes from the laptop screen in front of her and dropped her head into one hand.

The final video, prosecutors said, depicted the woman having oral sex with her daughter.

Before introducing it into evidence, prosecutors had the girl's father – the defendant's ex-husband – identify the voices captured on tape. He wept uncontrollably after identifying the voices as his daughter's and his ex-wife's, and he left the courtroom before the tape was played for the jury.

As the tape played, its audio track filling the courtroom, the defendant clapped her hands over her ears and wept. The judge ordered the video stopped partway through.

"This goes on for quite a while," the judge said. He had prosecutors skip to the end.

In other recorded, expletive-laden phone calls to her parents in December, the defendant called her daughter a liar and blamed her for her predicament.

"This is not her daughter's fault. Tell her by your verdicts she should have been a mother," U.S. Attorney John Kacavas said in closing.

"The defendant was her pot pusher, her pornography producer and her predator," he said.

That poor girl. Her poor father. I cannot imagine his heartbreak and revulsion having to even hear the audio

I feel so sorry for this teen, her mother used her, betrayed her instead of protecting and loving her. I hope that this young teen is going to get therapy to help her work through all the complicated issues her mother created.
This bio mom should be doing some hard time, but I believe that she won't be suffering from any remorse - except for getting caught.

Why was the victim in court when that evidence was played?

The victim is in foster care.

The actually moved a guy in via a Classified ad saying two girls wanting to party ages 18&33. This is the guy that dimed her out. So, does he get charged. He also mentions she charged him alot of rent. Seriously? You have a child subjected to the utmost horror and you're bi*chin about rent. He claims he didn't know they were related for two weeks and found the girl underage.

Somebody spoke for saying she made her own way through law school later in life after years of DUI's. Big flippin whoop. That now all gets negated.

Also the guy from Canada's name is mentioned. He did know this was a child and this was her ummmmmmmm "mother"

FWIW, when I looked this vile person up I noticed she had three names besides her maiden name and lived in quite a few States. Now I see why.

Thinking of this poor kid. Prayers will be continuing so she can get good help and carry on with life, and be able to trust.

This was very difficult for me to digest as well, Filly. Let's hope it was the way it was written, and not the way it was expressed.

This poor little girl with a sham for a bio mom.

Twisted. She defied God's law and the law she was to represent and uphold. One for the shrinks for sure. Her omnipotence is over.

PS - I have no words for this *?!*&#. Just heartbreaking. And from one of links, there is a comment from her attorney that says "she didn't force her daughter to participate" That is enough to make one literally sick to their stomach. How could they even think such would be a defense????? uke:

At Biron's arraignment Thursday in U.S. District Court on superseding indictments, U.S. Attorney John Kacavas requested an order barring Biron from contact with the subject of the videos.

Kacavas told U.S. Magistrate Judge Landya McCafferty that Biron, who has been held without bail since her initial arraignment in U.S. District Court in November was putting pressure on the victim during telephone conversations, coaching the victim about what should and shouldn't be said in court.

Biron's attorney, James Moir, said Biron had not previously been barred from contact with the teen.

Well I guess someone dropped the ball on that one, unless the teen was being given an opportunity to assist in digging a deeper grave for Mom.

Sickening on top of the fact it was a mother who did it on her own child. I think there are more female child molesters and just scratched the surface.

Heart wrenching article. The poor girl said her mom is not the monster she has been made out to be.

It is sad that this poor girl is defending her mother. She is obviously torn, but she also does not recognize that YES, her mother IS A MONSTER. She really is. And it pains me that her daughter is going to go through so much emotional turmoil as she matures.

Can you imagine having a mother that give you oral sex and makes a video of it? Sentenced to 40 years---she got off easy, imo.
