This article is from last year, but I ran into Victoria's daughter online and she is still searching for her mom. She's going to see about getting her mom in Namus and on Charley too. Things to note:

Ms. Smith is missing from 611 Spears Ave., and was last seen on May 21, by family members. She is 5’ 4” tall, 170 pounds, with brown hair, and blue eyes. She has a tattoo of a flower on her right leg and false teeth.

Tonya said some of the info out there is a little mixed up. An example is that I saw the pic Tonya posted elsewhere of her tattoo (I'd bring it over if I could figure out how, but it's not happening right now for some reason.) The tattoo appears to say "Home" in script, with some designs, possibly flowers I guess, around it. Hopefully she'll chime in here if there is any other helpful info she can add.

I'm really familiar with the neighborhood she went missing from as I used to work there. Everyone knows everybody for the most part, but you occasionally see transients wandering around or a lost tourist looking for nearby attractions (North Chattanooga is on the opposite end of the river facing downtown).

I've seen flyers up with her face and stats on it for a year now, and it's sad that there are still no leads.

Hello I'm Tonya literally just figured out how to get on this forum. Yes there is alot that's wrong with the news article and I mean alot. The case has been sent over to the cold case unit will be calling tomorrow to let them know too that there's alot wrong with this and to hopefully get some kind of some answers for me to find my mom would mean the world to me... Even if she's no longer alive me and my sister just want answers we check Jane does every other month

Details of Disappearance​

Smith was last seen in the 600 block of Spears Avenue in Chattanooga, Tennessee on May 21, 2013. She has never been heard from again. She may have traveled to North Chattanooga or the Red Bank area after her disappearance, or she may have left the state and gone to North Carolina. Few details are available in her case.
