Franklin County Woman Reported Missing

Woodward is 5’5” tall and 130 pounds. She has long brown hair, blue eyes and a chipped front tooth.

She was missing over two weeks before a report was taken, and there's not much information.

Case History
On November 12, 2016 these remains were found by hunters in the woods at Plum and East Coal in Franklin County. These remains might be that of Regina Woodward (Namus MP# 21538) who was last known to be alive in this area on July 1, 2013.

I had those same razorback shorts , I got them at Campus book Store in Fayetteville I believe they were like the grey softball or cheerleader shorts

Yes, seems it was Regina Woodward. This article: http://5newsonline.com/2017/03/10/franklin-county-remains-identified-as-missing-altus-woman/ specifies the location of the remains identified as Woodward as "near the intersection of East Coal Road and Plum Street" just as in the uid description above.
