IL - PEORIA, Multiple victims
Authorities say they have found evidence of at least two victims among charred bone fragments that police were led to by a man who claims he killed eight Peoria-area women.
D-N-A results are expected within six weeks that could identify the remains and possibly add new murder charges against alleged serial killer Larry Bright.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
