Artist's code stumps CIA
An artist's code-bearing copper and wood sculpture at CIA headquarters in Washington has become a worldwide Internet puzzle.
A Web forum where cryptographers collaborate on the puzzle has shot from about 50 hits to thousands per day, according to its moderator.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
