Police: Woman Abducted, Raped In West Charlotte at gunpoint
According to police, a 23-year-old woman was abducted and raped Thursday morning in west Charlotte.
Police found evidence at this home where a woman said she was raped.
Police said the victim had just dropped her children off at a daycare near the Roseland Apartments and was walking past the apartment complex office.
"That's when a man pulled up. He had a gun and told her to get in the car," said the victim's aunt.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
