Police: Man Tried To Give Porn To Child
A 65-year-old man is facing child pornography charges, Warren County police said.
Miles Sewell was arrested and charged with one count of illegal use of a minor in nudity-oriented material or performance, one count of importuning, and one count of attempting to disseminate matter harmful to juveniles.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
