Flamingos Top Turkeys in N.Y. Town
This lady has 8 flamingo's in her yard as lawn ornaments. She dresses them for the holidays. She even takes a couple of them on vacation with her.  She reported them stolen.
Well, two were found on the side of the road. 8 more were turned in to the police station. Then some woman drove 55 mi. to give her 8 more and 2 more were left on her porch.
So for the 8 that were stolen, she got 20 back. She plans to dress them as reindeer and elves for Christmas.

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?
