State contract worker comes under investigation as alleged actress in beast-porn ring
Weird story 
"I have experience being bred with four different dogs." This boast is among the online postings of a state contract worker under investigation for allegedly using her state computer to disseminate pictures of herself having sex with dogs. That's according to a search warrant affidavit filed in Superior Court by a Contra Costa County animal services investigator.
Authorities executed the warrant last month at the Richmond branch of the state Department of Health Services where the woman worked. They confiscated her computer, floppy disks, personal papers, a parcel containing a book called Bondage on a Budget, and photo contact sheets picturing the woman. Investigators also searched her home, where they found videotapes and a "dog-penis-shaped dildo."
In the affidavit, Contra Costa County animal services officer Joseph DeCosta charges that the worker "conspired with at least two other people for profit to engage in photographs and film the acts of bestiality." Bestiality is a misdemeanor under California law. DeCosta also alleges that the woman used her office computer to "communicate and exchange pictures depicting herself in ... acts of bestiality."

Hi Linda, I got the impression the collar was for her, her measurements 18 inches for neck, 11 for ankle

Okay, I couldn't resist (as I have never measured my neck or ankles before)!! 
My ankles are 8 1/2" and my neck is about 12 5/6". So, I am thinking that this is a BIG woman.
Back to the story: This woman is absolutely sick, sick, sick. I wouldn't have believed that it was real, but they say that they have video.
Do you think that she is embarrassed??

Only a misdemeanor? Can they get her for malfeasance in office or something?
Surely there is something else they can charge her with!

Why is it that when a custodial parent fails to provide for a child it is called neglect and is a criminal matter. But when a non custodial parent fails to provide it is called failure to support and is a civil matter?

I didn't measure but I know when I buy a necklace I like the 18inch length..
