He called and asked his wife if she needed him to pick up anything on his way home. She said yes, milk, and he never showed up.

Instead he drove 833 miles (a 12 hour drive) to the Paso Del Norte Bridge, which is a crossing point into Mexico. U.S. Customs spoke with him there and determined he was in good health.

No one is sure why he took this drive... but he's not a missing person anymore.

This is strange. I wonder what in the world happened. Odd that he would call his wife if he had no intention of going home. Be interesting to hear the rest of the story. Glad he was found and is ok.
