[font=verdana,arial,helvetica,sans-serif]A 5-year-old Lee County boy is being hailed a hero for rescuing his 8-month-old brother and then walking a quarter mile for help after his mother crashed their car on a rural road the night of the Super Bowl.

The Story Here

Awww the sweet thing! I can't imagine how scared he was. So happy everything is okay now.

that;s one brave and smart little boy! You know he was scared but he pressed on!

That is a heartwarming story. I'm glad everyone is doing well.

I can't believe all those cars went by and saw a tiny kid walking down the road with a baby and a car wreck and no one stopped to help or ask what was going on. That just ticks me off. How freaking busy were these people that they see a wrecked car and don't stop to help.

LOL, Shadow.... I've been around here too long. I will stop during the day. But not usually at night. I will call in and report it, sometimes will even hang close til I see LE coming. But I won't always stop at night.
Now a little kid walking along the road, that is another story.
