I did a very quick scan to see if this case was listed, but didn't find it. If it already has a thread, pardon the repeat.

This man clearly has mental health issues (and that's being kind) but also seemed to recognize he would be punished for his actions in all of his writings. I hope he receiveds the DP despite his mental instability. He even looks disturbed in his picture. And his parents sound equally disturbed. JMO.
