Man tries to meet mother and 11 year old daughter for sex....

Can someone explain how they set up these kind of stings? And seriously how they get to the point of saying "I want to have sex with you and your 11 year old daughter"??

A MAN has been arrested at an airport and charged with planning to meet a mother and her 11-year-old daughter for sadomasochistic sex, Associated Press (AP) has reported.

Prosecutors said Paul Hinkley, 69, had used his credit card to reserve a hotel room to have sex with the mother and her daughter and had told them to expect bondage and discipline, AP reported.
Police said they found rope, an enema bottle, condoms and Viagra in the car Mr Hinkley drove to the airport.
According to Assistant US Attorney David A. O'Neil, the accused man arrived at Newark (New Jersey) Liberty International Airport on Monday expecting to meet the mother and daughter, AP reported.
Mr Hinkley had set up the supposed meeting over the internet, but had actually fallen into a trap laid by undercover police officers, prosecutors said.

i thank God it was a cop. what this man wanted to do to a 11yr old makes me feel ill.
