Infant Allegedly Duct-Taped, Drugged By Parent
Police say a sick prank and a sickening case of child abuse occurred when a child was drugged, wrapped in tape, and put in a room where methamphetamine was smoked.
A motel room is where police say a picture of the incident was snapped with a cell phone camera. Dixon cops found out about it because the 5-month-old's mother sold the cell phone without deleting the picture.

it was funny to wrap a baby in duct tape? did their drug rotted brains think about the pain involved in removing it? i think a good way to help the parent think of things like this would be to give the other prisoners a few roles....

Drug addicts have no mercy for anyone, even their loved ones. They will rob, steal, assualt or take the life of a person known to them. Sad to say, but it is true.

That's what I was thinking. It's right up there with the woman who called police to help her get her money back after someone sold her fake crack.....humans at their finest.
