Orlando, FL--A man was arrested on child abuse charges after he beat a 7 yr. old boy with a belt because the child put pink fingernail polish on his own nails:

I couldn't figure out if he was related to the boy, either. I wouldn't be surprised if he is just "the boyfriend".
