Police are asking for the public's help to locate a Norwich man who is in need of medication.

Neil Phillips, age 41, was last seen on August 31. He is 6'1" tall, 220 pounds, with brown hair and brown eyes and likes to travel long distances on his red mountain bike.

State police say human skeletal remains discovered just off Route 2 in Preston are those of a Norwich man reported missing in August.

State police say they don't suspect any foul play in the death of 42-year-old Neil E. Phillips.
