Police are seeking the public's help in finding a 22-year-old Medford woman who went missing more than a month ago, leaving behind her young child.
The family of Renee Jean Vance has not heard from her since mid-November and are concerned for her safety, Medford police Detective Sgt. Mike Budreau said.
Vance was last seen at a house in the 2900 block of Delta Waters Road.
She has not made contact with family or friends since then, Budreau said.
"We're hoping that she is missing voluntarily," Budreau said. "We need to speak with her to make sure no foul play was involved."
Vance's car was found three weeks ago by family members parked along the side of the road in west Medford. Detectives searched the car but were unable to find evidence of her whereabouts.
"She did not bring any belongings with her," Budreau said. "We have recovered most of her clothing and personal items with the exception of her purse."
Vance is 5 feet 6 inches tall and weighs 110 pounds. She has hazel eyes and brown or red hair. She has been known to dye her hair in the past.
