One of the funniest things I have read in quite some time. The chick lives in England too. She was also playing Tammy Wynette. Who don't love Dolly and Tammy? The council though I believe are serious, man over in England. I'd read where one woman got the boot for hanging her bloomers on the line to dry. Wanna work your neighbors last nerve? I like Dolly Parton, but to me her singing is annoying. I would have gone crazy if I'd been one of the neighbors and had to listen to country music.
