John Lavigne of Dover, New Hampshire was arrested after sending explicit child pornography over the internet to who he thought was a young boy. Thankfully, it was the police. Lavigne is a registered sex offender who had been picked up a few years ago for failure to register when he had moved. So, here we go again.
