Herbert McCrory, 63, was arrested in Tracy Wednesday afternoon for public intoxication. He was taken to the San Joaquin County Jail to sober up and was released the next morning. Authorities believe he walked away and McCrory has not been seen since.
"We're really worried about him. He needs his medication," McCrory's caretaker Shauneece Prentice said.
McCrory has high blood pressure and needs medication. He also has a speech impediment and becomes disoriented easily.
