The N.C. Center for Missing Persons has issued a Silver Alert for Jeremy Thomas Vaden of Wilmington.

Citizens are asked to be on the lookout for Jeremy Thomas Vaden, who is believed to be suffering from dementia or some other cognitive impairment. Jeremy has blue crutches, braces. He's in need of medication.

Anyone with information about Jeremy Thomas Vaden should call Officer Williams at the Wilmington Police Department at 1(910) 343-3600.
